    The increase in the consumption of plant-based products is driven by the rise of flexitarism, adventurous consumers and the multiplication of new products.

    Within the Research and Development laboratories, our team in charge of applications development has elaborated a new 100% plant-based dessert recipe made with coconut milk.

    To support this new development, our flavourists have designed two ranges perfectly suited for plant-based alternatives. First, a Fruity-Exotic range including Lemon-Lime, Mixed berry, Passion fruit, Pineapple & Lychee flavours; as well as a Purely Indulgent range made up of Chocolate, Toffee, Praline, Vanilla, Coffee & Pistachio flavours.
