    In order to offer innovative solutions that are perfectly adapted to this new market, our team in charge of applications has developed a plant-based meat alternative using textured proteins (70% peas and 30% fava beans).

    Thus, our flavourists have formulated a range of meat flavours for plant-based alternatives. This new range include the following flavouring notes: Pork, Barbecue, Chicken-Curry-Coconut, Tandoori beef, Wok style beef.
