Sustained investments in our production system and facilities enable us to guarantee our customers a high level of responsiveness, outstanding production flexibility and high-quality products.
Thanks to the expansion of our facilities, the construction of new warehouses and the addition of new machines, namely a pilot extruder and an industrial extruder, our production capacity now stands at over 5,000 tonnes.
Each order adheres to a manufacturing protocol defined by our flavourists and production engineers, in compliance with food industry hygiene and security standards.
Our operatives use a range of IT tools, in particular an electronic optic reading system for raw materials. This allows engineers to weigh ingredients with optimal precision and ensures complete traceability for every raw material, semi-finished product and finished product, with precise data retained for every production batch.
Our fully-automated ‘Roxane K’ robot allows us to process up to 600 raw materials. It is used mainly for sampling and weighing concentrated flavour bases.
Given our role in the food chain, the safety of our products is an absolute priority.
